FManager covers every dimension of running a futsal club, from the training pitch to the transfer market and the balance sheet.
Choose from multiple formations (2-1-1, 3-1, 1-2-1 and more). Set your attack style, defense style, player modes, rotation order, and substitution triggers before each match. No two teams play the same way.
Run three training sessions per day. Each session targets a specific skill — passing, shooting, tackling, speed, and more. Player potential ranges from Dropout to Genius, and the best managers identify hidden talent early.
Hire coaches from Level 1 to Level 5. A Level 5 coach delivers 100% training effectiveness, while a Level 1 coach delivers only 60%. Choosing the right coach for your budget is one of the most impactful strategic decisions in the game.
Manage weekly income from sponsors, TV rights, merchandise, and ticket sales. Balance expenses including player salaries, coach fees, arena operations, and tax. A club that bleeds money cannot compete at the top.
Expand your arena to increase home ticket income. A larger, well-maintained stadium generates more revenue per match and improves the club's long-term financial position.
Compete in scheduled league matches and cup tournaments against other human managers. Every result affects your standing, club reputation, and sponsorship income in subsequent weeks.

Register with your email address. No downloads or installations required. FManager runs entirely in the browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Name your club, review your starting squad, and meet your opening budget. Every manager starts from the same position — progress is earned through decisions, not payments.
Three training slots run each day at 08:00, 11:00, and 15:00. Assign individual skill training or team stamina work to each player. Managing player condition is important from day one.
Before each match, set your formation, starting lineup, attack and defense style, and rotation plan. The match engine simulates the result. Then review the match report, adjust, and repeat.
Futsal is played with four outfield positions and a goalkeeper. Each role has a distinct skill priority that influences how players develop and how formations play out on the pitch.
